I got disconnected for "Bad packet" — what do I do?

Restart your client. If it keeps happening, let staff know your username and roughly when it occurred.

Can I get my items back after a legitimate death?

No — keep-inventory is off and deaths are part of survival. Staff won't restore item loss from normal gameplay.

How do I report a griefer or rule-breaker?

Use /report <player> <reason> in-game, or open a ticket on Discord with screenshots or coordinates.

Can I build near spawn?

Spawn has a protected radius — claims can't be placed inside it. Head out past the border markers to start building.
